Our Commitment to Improving Your Driving Experience
Improvements in pick-up locations
We understand that pick-up location inaccuracy affects your driving experience. To date, we have added more pick-up points to reduce the number of Pin Location bookings. We are also currently working on educating passengers that driver-partners are not allowed to wait for passengers at certain restricted areas.
However, we admit there is still room for us to improve and you can help us out by reporting pick-up location issues via this Help Centre article.
KLIA Queue
We are working on enhancements to the queue which will protect driver-partners who complete short-distance trips. Stay tuned for further updates!
GrabShare
We have been taking action on passengers who cancel their bookings after finding out that they have to share the ride. We will also compensate for your time and effort spent if the passenger cancels late.

Driver Representative Committee

Share My Location
Safety has always been a priority for Grab, which is why we are constantly improving to ensure your peace of mind when driving with us.
With the new “Share My Location” button, you can now share your real–time location with your emergency contacts. In situations where you need to call the authorities immediately, you may use the “Call Police” option.

Positive Ratings Never Go Unnoticed
We always take a driver-partner’s positive ratings into consideration before we take any disciplinary action. In addition, Driver Rating plays a huge part in terms of determining your monthly status for GrabAllStars. The better the status, the better the reward.
Quality Requirements for GrabTaxi
We acknowledge that in the past, some of you may have personally experienced rides in taxis that are not in good condition.
Rest assured, we have updated our processes and will strive to hold them to the same standards that are expected of our GrabCar driver-partners.
