Subscribe now and be a Super Sender!

  1. Open your Grab app, and tap 'Account' on the bottom right of the home page.

  2. Tap on 'Subscriptions'.

  3. Click on Super Sender Subscription to view the catalogue.

  4. Select the subscription plan of your choice, and click 'Get This Plan'.

  5. Review details of the plan, and check out with your GrabPay Credits.

  6. Your voucher is awarded and can be found under the 'MyRewards' page.

How to use the voucher

  1. Open your Grab app and tap on 'Express'. Then key in your pick-up and drop-off points.

  2. Fill in recipient's name, mobile number and additional drop-off details (if applicable).

  3. Before confirming the booking, click 'Add an offer' under 'Payment details'.

  4. Click 'Use Now' on the voucher.

  5. The discount will be applied to the quoted delivery fee!

How to change plan

  1. Open your Grab app, and tap 'Account' on the bottom right of the home page. Then, click 'Subscriptions'.

  2. Under 'My Subscriptions', click 'View details' on your subscription plan.

  3. Click on 'Change Plan'.

  4. Click 'Change' to switch to your desired plan.

  5. Your plan will be changed in the next billing cycle.

How to Cancel Plan

  1. Open your Grab app, and tap 'Account' on the bottom right of the home page. Then, click 'Subscriptions'.

  2. Under 'My Subscriptions', click 'View details' on your subscription plan.

  3. Click on 'Cancel Plan'.

  4. Click 'Cancel This Plan' if you have confirmed to unsubscribe.

  5. Submit your feedback to tell us why you've cancelled your plan.

  6. Your plan has been cancelled. You can continue to use the voucher you've paid for until the expiry date.

  1. Subscription plans shall only be purchased using GrabPay Credits and the said plans have limited availability. Once they are fully subscribed, they will no longer be available in the Grab app. Do take note that the plans are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  2. Subscription will be renewed automatically on a monthly basis.
  3. Reward points shall not be awarded for the purchase of a Subscription Plan. 
  4. Limited to one purchase per subscription, per user.
  5. Users are not able to repurchase the same subscription, even if all your voucher have been utilized before the subscription expires.
  6. Subscription voucher is valid for 4 weeks from the purchase date.
  7. Voucher is valid for Web Bookings.
  8. Grab reserves the right to make changes to your plan at any time. Users will be notified in advance via email and/or in-app notifications.
  9. Grab reserves the right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part or the entire terms and conditions of this promotion at any time without any prior notice.
  10. Grab also reserves the right to disqualify any participant(s) and/or reject any participant(s) for the promotion, including users who are using modified devices or have unauthorised or modified apps installed in their devices, as such tools may have the potential to modify Grab’s intended user experience and compromise privacy and account security of users.
  11. The Subscription Plans are only available on the latest version of the Grab app.
  1. You may cancel your plan at any time. However, to avoid unnecessary charges, you may wish to cancel before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid auto-renewal for the next cycle.
  2. To cancel your plan, go to ‘My Subscriptions’ page and view your plan details. You may cancel your plan from there.
  3. You can continue to use the vouchers that you have paid for until their date of expiry, even after cancelling your plan.

Yes, you can now use your Super Sender voucher on the GrabExpress Web booking portal!  Visit the portal here, click on ‘Apply Offers’ and you’re on your way to enjoy your discount.

GrabRewards Points will not be awarded for this, unfortunately. However, it will be rewarded when you use your vouchers on a ride on GrabExpress Instant Bike and Car.

Subscription will be removed from app the moment it’s sold out.

Subscription are non-refundable as per the terms and conditions.
