Condition of sales

  1. Jaya Grocer Chinese New Year pre-order will run from:
    • 10 January 2023 to 2 February 2023 for customers to place pre-orders;
    • Deliveries of pre-ordered items will be done on 21 January, 22 January, 23 January, 29 January, and 5 February. Please refer to point 1 in the next section for delivery dates & time slots.
  2. All pre-orders are final, and are non-refundable, non-modifiable and non-exchangeable with other items or services.
  3. All the products featured in the Jaya Grocer Chinese New Year pre-order catalogue are non-halal.
  4. There will not be a cutting service provided for Jaya Grocer Chinese New Year pre-order items unless explicitly stated on GrabMart.
  5. The prices displayed for the Jaya Grocer Chinese New Year pre-order are inclusive of the applicable SST.
  6. Coupon/discount codes will not be applicable for the Jaya Grocer Chinese New Year pre-order.
  7. All product images used in the Jaya Grocer Chinese New Year pre-order are for illustrative purposes only.
  8. Please be reminded that there will be slight variations in the final weight of products, as they go through a cooking process.

Delivery conditions

  1. Deliveries will only be made on 21 January, 22 January, 23 January, 29 January, and 5 February. The dates and time slots for deliveries are as follows:

    • 21 January 2023: 12:30pm to 2:30pm, OR 5:00pm to 7:00pm

    • 22 January 2023: 12:30pm to 2:30pm, OR 5:00pm to 7:00pm

    • 23 January 2023: 12:30pm to 2:30pm, OR 5:00pm to 7:00pm

    • 29 January 2023: 12:30pm to 2:30pm, OR 5:00pm to 7:00pm

    • 5 February 2023: 12:30pm to 2:30pm, OR 5:00pm to 7:00pm

  2. All pre-order fulfilment choices are final. No changes will be allowed to the mode of fulfilment (only delivery), the date and time of delivery or address for delivery.
  3. For Deliveries, orders will be delivered according to the date and time slot chosen by the customer at the point of pre-order purchase (12:30pm to 2:30pm, or 5:00pm to 7:00pm). 
    • There may be changes or delays to delivery time, subject to weather conditions, rider availability, etc. Customers will be notified via phone call if there are significant changes to delivery time.
    • Customers’ choice of delivery dates and time slots is subject to availability.
    • A delivery charge of RM 10 will apply for all deliveries.

Other conditions

  1. Jaya Grocer reserves the right to cancel, amend, or reject pre-orders in whole or in part due to unforeseen circumstances or if any product is out of stock, damaged, spoilt, or unavailable for any other reason.
  2. Jaya Grocer reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue the Jaya Grocer Chinese New Year pre-order at any time.
  3. Jaya Grocer reserves the right to change the terms & conditions of Jaya Grocer Chinese New Year pre-order with or without prior notice.
