Activating GrabPay Wallet

  1. Tap on the ‘Use GrabPay’ located top left of Grab homepage.

  2. Enter your full name as per your myKad.

  3. Select MyKad if you are Malaysia residence and Passport for foreigners.

  4. Key in your MyKad / Passport number.

  5. Your GrabPay Wallet is activated! Top up now to start your cashless journey.

Make sure you always have enough in your GrabPay Wallet before you head out on the town!

Topping up GrabPay Wallet:

  1. Tap on ‘Top Up Wallet’ located at the middle of the Grab homepage.

  2. Choose your top-up method and follow the instructions.

  3. View your new balance instantly.

Whether you’re dining in your favourite restaurants or shopping in-store, pay with GrabPay Wallet seamlessly and securely!

Paying in-store with GrabPay Wallet:

  1. Swipe to the right on your Grab homepage.

  2. Scan QR code or present your QR code to the cashier.

  3. Enter and confirm amount.

  4. Slide to complete payment.

Love hunting for deals online? GrabPay Wallet is the perfect way to pay for your purchases seamlessly and securely.

  1. Select GrabPay as your payment method upon checkout at an online merchant.

  2. Enter your Grab-registered mobile number.

  3. Enter the OTP that is sent to your registered mobile number and then the 6-digit Grab PIN.

  4. Check the final order value and tap on “Confirm Payment”.

Upgrading to premium GrabPay Wallet:

  1. Head to the Payment homepage and tap on ‘Upgrade your Wallet’.

  2. Check out the list of information required and tap on ‘Get Started’ to initiate the upgrade process.

  3. Select MyKad under ‘ID Type’ and fill in your IC number.

  4. Take a clear colour photo of your MyKad (Front).

  5. Launch camera and take a live selfie. Ensure your selfie is taken within the indicated circle.

  6. Fill in your personal details and double check before you submit.

  7. That’s it! You have completed the submission and it is currently being reviewed.

Redeeming rewards with your GrabRewards Points

  1. Tap on ‘GrabRewards Points” located at the top right of the Grab homepage.

  2. Select any reward that you are able to afford with your Reward Points.

  3. Confirm the reward details and tap on ‘Redeem’ then ‘Confirm’.

  4. Check out the reward in your ‘My Rewards’.

5. Rebate must be redeemed by clicking “use now” under “My Rewards” 30 days from the date of issuance.

13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with promotion shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Malaysia.
