🥗 Crispy Chicken Salad Bowl | 🍝 Oven-Baked Prawn Pasta | 🍚 Teriyaki Salmon Donburi Bowl

Recipe #1

Ingredients

Crispy Chicken

  • 2 KS Organic Lacto Chicken Chop (500g) 
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumb
  • 4 Nutriplus Fresh Eggs

Honey Mustard Dressing 

  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • 2 ½ tbsp. Mayonnaise 
  • 1 tbsp. Yellow Mustard 
  • 2 ½ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper 
  • Maldon Kosher Salt and McCormick Black Peppercorn Grinder (to taste)

Salad

  • 1 pack Genting Garden Four Season Mix Salad
  • 40 g Organic Cranberries
  • 1 Organic Fuji Apple
  • 5 Cherry Tomatoes

Instructions

Crispy Chicken

  • Lightly beat eggs in a shallow bowl. Combine panko crumbs, salt and pepper in a separate shallow bowl.
  • Coat the chicken in flour and then dip it into the beaten eggs. Next, dip the chicken into the panko mixture and press chicken into crumbs until fully coated.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, for about 2 to 3 minutes each side.

Honey Mustard Dressing 

  • Whisk together honey, mayo and yellow mustard.
  • Add extra virgin olive oil according to your preferred  consistency. Mix well.

Salad

  • In a large bowl, add salad, halved cherry tomatoes, cranberries and cubed apples.
  • Slice the crispy chicken and place on top of the salad.
  • Drizzle honey mustard dressing and dig into your Crispy Chicken Salad Bowl!

Recipe #2

Ingredients

  • 1 Holland Tomato
  • 1 cup Tricolor Capsicum
  • 200 g Emborg Mozzarella Cheese
  • 250 g Atlantis Tiger Prawn Meat
  • 1 pack Barilla Spaghetti Pasta
  • 1 pack Thyme
  • ½ cup Emborg Whipping Cream
  • 1 can DuChef Tomato Puree
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • Naturel Pure Olive Oil
  • Maldon Kosher Salt and McCormick Black Peppercorn Grinder (to taste)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180˚C. 
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions. You want it be al dente (still slightly firm to the bite)
  • Meanwhile in a pan, sauté onion, garlic and capsicum in olive oil. 
  • Then, add thyme and tomato puree into the pan.
  • Pour in whipping cream and cook until combined.
  • Mix this with the cooked pasta and transfer into a casserole pan.
  • Arrange prawns on top of pasta. Make sure prawns are cleaned and deveined. 
  • Add mozzarella cheese and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Time to enjoy your Oven-Baked Prawn Pasta! *chef’s kiss* Mmmmmagnifico!

Recipe #3

Ingredients

  • 240 g Fresh Salmon
  • 5 tbsp. Teriyaki Marinade
  • 3 tbsp. Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 50 g Daisho Edamame
  • 30 g Green Onion
  • 30 g Carrot
  • 1 cup Sumo Calrose Rice
  • 1 Japanese Cucumber
  • 2 pcs Daiso Roasted Sushi Seaweed
  • 1 Radish
  • 50 g Purple Cabbage

Instructions

Rice

  • Pour 1 cup of rice and 2 cups of water into the rice cooker. Once the rice is done, leave it to rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Salmon and Radish

  • Marinate salmon and radish with teriyaki marinade and soy sauce for 30 minutes.
  • Pan sear radish on medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes each side.
  • Place the salmon, skin-side up in the pan. Cook until golden brown on 1 side. Turn the fish over and cook until it feels firm to the touch.  Optional: Lightly use a cooking torch on the surface of the fish to transform its flavor and texture.
  • Quickly blanch edamame in salt water for 5 minutes.
  • Thinly slice carrot, japanese cucumber, purple cabbage, green onion and roasted sushi seaweed.
  • Put rice into a serving bowl, place salmon on top and arrange everything else around the salmon.
  • Drizzle teriyaki sauce on top and enjoy your tasty Teriyaki Salmon Donburi Bowl! Itadakimasuuu~
