Sometimes you might receive a rating that’s lower than what you hoped for reasons that are beyond your control. So to make things fairer for you, we’ve made some upgrades to the ratings system.
Passengers will now be asked to rate and provide feedback at the end of their trip.
Here’s what you’ll find on our improved rating system:
Clearer feedback on trips rated 4 stars or less
Passengers will now be asked to provide feedback on all trips that was rated unsatisfactory. You’ll get a better idea on how to improve and provide the best service possible.
If the low rating was due to reasons related to the app, your rating will not be affected.
Get tips for great service
Now, passengers can show their appreciation for your great service by adding a tip at the end of their ride. So be sure to do your best in order to receive good ratings (and tips).
Track your tips in your job history of your Grab Driver App
Tips will show in your partner statement, transaction activity, and daily/weekly earning summaries.
