Following the rise of vaccination rates, several malls are now implementing new SOPs which only allow fully vaccinated individuals to enter the premises.
You can use the Location To Avoid feature and select “Areas requiring vaccination for entry” to avoid getting orders from these malls starting 19 Aug (applicable to selected cities).
Introducing Locations To Avoid feature*! With this feature, you will be able to better plan your overall driving route if you need to be at a certain place and at a certain time.
This feature gives you the option to avoid getting jobs from/to a maximum of THREE (3)* selected area(s) based on the list of areas provided. *Vary from city to city
When you use this feature together with Auto Accept, not only do you maximise your earnings by being eligible for lower commissions and Time Boosters, your driving experience will be further enhanced as well.
How to select a location?
Once you decide on a particular location to avoid, it will always stay that way unless you remove the selected location or choose a new location.

1. How many times can I change the location I want to avoid?
Unlimited. You can change the location to avoid, anytime throughout the day.
2. How do I know what areas are covered?
Before and after you have selected your location, you may view the map (area shaded in Red) to see the area covered for a specific location.
3. Will the usage of this feature affect the calculations of my incentives?
No, it won’t affect the calculation of your incentives unless there is a location based incentive and you have chosen to avoid that particular location.
4. Why do I not see this feature in my Driver App?
Please update your app version to v.5.68.1 if you are on Android and to v1.56 if you are on iOS, then restart your device. It may take up to 10 seconds for the feature to appear in the ‘Quick Menu’ or ‘All Settings.’
