When can I make an Advance Booking?
You can book a ride anytime between 7 days to 2 hours prior to your desired pick up time.
Can I cancel an Advance Booking
You can cancel for free up to 1 hour before your pick up time or within 1 hour if you don’t have a driver. If you do cancel within 1 hour of your scheduled pick up time and you have already been assigned a driver, you will be charged the full fare to compensate them for their time and effort.
Can I edit/ adjust my booking if my plans change?
If you need to make adjustments to your Advance Booking such as the date, time, ride type, or location, please cancel your booking and create a new one.
What happens if my driver doesn't arrive on time?
You will receive timely updates about the status of your driver when they are on their way to you. In case there's any delay and your driver arrives later than your scheduled pick up time you will receive a voucher for your next ride.
What payment options are available for advance bookings?
You can choose payment from e-wallet, credit card or superbank from Grab.
What are the steps to book a ride in advance?
1. From Grab App choose your destination and pick up points. 2. Choose the type of rides you would like to book. 3. On the bottom left corner, click the calendar icon and set the time you would like to book your ride for. 4. Your schedule ride is ready and you just need to wait until the time your rides arrives. You will also be able to view the status of your Advance Booking from the Activity tab under Upcoming.
Can I make an advance booking ride or taxi to the airport?
Yes! You can pre-book or schedule your rides anywhere, including to and from airport terminals. With advance booking, you can secure your ride ahead of time to ensure you reach the airport punctually for your flight!
Can I set reminders for my advance booking?
You will receive timely updates about the status of your driver when they are on their way to you. In case there's any delay and your driver arrives later than your scheduled pick up time you will receive a voucher for your next ride.
Can I choose the type of vehicle for my advance booking?
Yes prior on making your booking you will be able to choose the types of rides that you would like to book. All rides is available to your booking.
