Grab announces appointment of Neneng Goenadi as Managing Director Grab Indonesia
Grab, the leading Online-to-Offline (O2O) mobile platform in Southeast Asia, today announced the appointment of Neneng Goenadi as Managing Director for Grab Indonesia.
- Neneng Goenadi brings nearly 30 years of experience from Accenture Indonesia and will focus on enhancing the corporate services and soon, in transport business
- Ridzki Kramadibrata is now appointed as President of Grab Indonesia, focusing on government relations, safety and social impact
Jakarta, 1 February 2019 – Grab, the leading Online-to-Offline (O2O) mobile platform in Southeast Asia, today announced the appointment of Neneng Goenadi as Managing Director for Grab Indonesia. Neneng will focus on enhancing Grab’s corporate services to better serve employees and driver-partners. She will manage Grab Indonesia’s transport business after a 6-month transition period with Ridzki Kramadibrata, current Managing Director who will move into the role of President of Grab Indonesia.
Neneng brings nearly 30 years of business experience and vast industry knowledge to drive the Grab’s mission in Indonesia. Prior to Grab, she led the Accenture business in Indonesia as Country Managing Director for over 5 years, and was with the company for almost three decades. Neneng also held the positions of Head of Inclusion and Diversity Asia Pacific for Industry Resources, and Head of Human Capital and Diversity ASEAN.

In his new role as President of Grab Indonesia, Ridzki Kramadibrata will focus on government relations, as well as lead key initiatives and partnerships for safety and social impact. He will also also take on the strategic role to create more synergies between Grab’s various businesses and partners to build the one digital ecosystem that best serves consumers in Indonesia.

Grab serves 222 cities throughout Indonesia, from Sabang to Merauke. Grab is the market leader in ride-hailing industry in Indonesia, with 60% market share for motorbike rides and 70% market share for private car rides. Grab also offers food, groceries and package delivery, bill payments and mobile top-ups, and financial services. In 2019, Grab will offer entertainment, travel and online healthcare services.
