PT Good Doctor Technology Indonesia (GDTI), established in Indonesia in 2019, is a health technology-based company with a vision of ‘One Doctor for One Family In Indonesia’.

Good Doctor Technology Indonesia is the appointed official partner of Grab in rolling out GrabHealth service. Equipped with its technology capability, Good Doctor Technology Indonesia aims to connect healthcare professionals with patients in delivering high quality medical services to overcome time and distance boundaries without undermining the importance of physical examinations as part of key important part of diagnose practice.

To use the Good Doctor service, please download the Grab app first from Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).

Open your Grab app and login via Google email / Facebook / mobile number. Upon login, please activate your OVO to start the telemedication or buy your medicine through Good Doctor.

No, because Grab app cannot be used without a registration to be done first.

Start on February 6, 2020, we will be available at JABODETABEK, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Medan, Makassar, Manado, Balikpapan, Palembang, and Bali. We will expand our reach to other major cities soon.

Pharmacies carrying medication (available stock) within 5 KM radius will be listed and recommended for shipment to you.

Step by step on how to pick a doctor:

  1. From the Grab’s home page, select ‘Health‘.
  2. Select ‘Consult a Doctor‘
  3. Fill in the patient details, tap ‘Continue‘
  4. Under “Start Consultation”, you will be able to consult with our general practitioner, your preferred general practitioner or specialist doctor for free!

How to choose the payment methods:

  1. Select your preferred pharmacy
  2. Add medicine to chart
  3. Tap on ‘My Chart‘
  4. Checkout and finish the payment with OVO

Buy your medicine in a few simple steps:

  1. From the Grab’s home page, select ‘Health‘.
  2. Select ‘Buy Medicine‘
  3. Choose a medicine category that suits with your preference
  4. Put the selected medicine to the cart and upload the medical prescription for particular medicine which require it
  5. Fill in the delivery address details and then proceed with payment

Once we have verified your payment, you will then able to monitor the progress until it has been delivered.
