To help us continue our success, we are looking for bright talented individuals at the start of their career to join the Apprenticeship Program and be a part of history. This Program will consist of several rotations within and across functions in an accelerated learning environment.

You will be placed in reputable positions across Indonesia including, but not limited to, strategy, business process and improvement, driver partner management, and marketing. Desired Candidate
Bachelor or Master Degree Graduates from all Major with minimum GPA of 3.30 from a reputable university. Having maximum 2 years of working experience and willing to be placed in cities all over Indonesia. Our candidates must have strong both written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa. All offers of employment are contingent on successful completion of a background check and other records.

A: We do not have a quota in recruitment for this program. Each intake varies according to the caliber of candidates and our current business requirements. |

Q: Can I apply or have a placement for a specific position? |

A: We try to our best to accommodate employees needs in reaching their own career aspiration, but we do expect our apprentices to have an open mind to experience challenging yet intriguing several positions. All shortlisted candidates will experience several positions during the program, rotating at certain periods for career development and experiences. |

Q: Does the subject of my major affect my chance in applying for this program? |
|
A: We do not have specific requirements for this matter. We welcome university graduates from any discipline with excellence and achievement while demonstrating the key competencies we look for in their educational background and extra-curricular activities. |

Q: I already have a couple of years of work experience, can I apply for the trainee program anyway? |
|
A: This program is for new graduates with approximately 0-2 years of work experience. If you a have longer experience than that, career-wise it is probably more suitable for you to apply directly for other positions in our company and we welcome you to apply on our Grab career site. |

Q: What does the recruitment process look like? |
|
A: After receiving your application, the candidates who best fulfill our requirement profile will be invited to several online tests and Personal Assessments, there will be further information for those who pass and proceeding to General and User Interviews. Based on assessment results, our final shortlisted candidates will be chosen. |

A: Our compensation structure is tied closely to our own culture and includes a competitive base salary, as well as the opportunity to earn significant variable compensation through the achievement of annual targets. Candidates will be able to obtain information about salaries and benefits during the selection process. |
