- Suvarnabhumi Airport Grab Pickup Point A - Arrival Exit 4 (1st FL.)
1. From the Arrival Exit Gate (2nd FL.), turn right towards Exit 4 to take the escalator or elevator down to 1st FL.
2. From Exit 4, head towards the escalator and go down to 1st FL.
2.1 Or take the glass elevator across from the escalator and go down to 1st FL.
3. Once on 1st FL, head towards the exit 4 and go outside the building.
4. Go Straight to Grab Booth to find Grab Pickup Point
5. When you reach the Grab booth, turn left and head towards Grab pickup point A.
6. Meet your driver at Grab pickup point A. - Suvarnabhumi Airport Grab Pickup Point B - Arrival Exit 4 (1st FL.)
1. From the International Arrivals Gate (2nd FL.), turn right towards Exit 4 to take the escalator or elevator down to 1st FL.
2. From Exit 4, head towards the escalator and go down to 1st FL.
3. Once on 1st FL, head towards the exit 4 and go outside the building.
4. Go Straight to Grab Booth to find Grab Pickup Point
5. Meet your driver at Grab pickup point B

- How can I pay for my airport taxi transfer ride?
You can pay with cash, or pay in-app by adding your credit or debit card details. Just choose your preferred method when booking your taxi cab airport service.
- How do I find the pick up point to meet my driver?Follow the image directions in the app, that appear when you book a ride. There may also be signs at the airport to the ride hailing pick up area.
- How do I contact my driver?Tap “Message” in the app and click “Chat” to message your driver. GrabChat has a translation feature for easy communication. Your chat history will be deleted upon completion of your ride.
- Can the driver see my number?No, your driver will only be able to see your name, profile photo, and booking details. If you need to communicate, you can do this through GrabChat in the app.
- How to make an Advance booking?
Booking your airport taxi ride is simple and convenient. Just open your Grab App, tap the 'Calendar' icon on the transport booking screen to make an advance reservation.
- When can I make an Advance Booking?
You can book an airport taxi transfer anytime between 90 days to 75 mins prior to your desired pick up time.
