Get the app! We have many services but you'll want to use Transport for airport pick-ups.
Book
Enter your destination in the field and check that your pick-up location is correct. Book the ride that suits your group size and luggage needs.
Go
Follow the in-app directions to meet your driver at the pick up location. You'll be able to communicate with them in the app. So fret not and enjoy the city!

- T1 Door 3, Basement 1 Pick-up, T1 Arrivals, Changi Airport
1. From Terminal 1 Transit area, take the travellator down to B1.
2. After reaching B1, turn left at the sign.
3. Turn right before the escalator.
4. Take the travellator and turn right.
5. Proceed to door 3.
- Jewel Level 2 Pick-up Bay 8, Jewel Changi Airport
1. From 'The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf' at level 1, take the escalator to level 2 and turn right.
2. Follow the walkway.
3. Take the exit.
4. Meet driver at the pick-up point.
International Arrivals
- Door 6, L1 Pick-up, T2 Arrivals, Changi Airport
1. From Terminal 2 Transit area, walk straight towards the driveway.
2. Continue walking straight.
3. Take the door 6 exit.
4. You have arrived at the pick-up point.
International Arrivals
- Door 2, B1 Pick-up, T3 Arrivals, Changi Airport
1. From the transit area, find the travelator to B1.
2. Take the travelator to B1.
3. Turn left and take the exit upon reaching B1.
4. You have arrived at the pick-up point.
International Arrivals
- Door 2, L1 Pick-up, T4 Arrivals, Changi Airport
1. From Terminal 4 transit area, turn left and follow the "Arrival Pick-up" sign.
2. Continue straight following the "Arrival Pick-up" sign.
3. Take the door 2 exit.
4. You have arrived at the pick-up point.

- How can I pay for my ride?You can pay with cash, or pay in-app by adding your credit or debit card details. Just choose your preferred method when booking your ride.
- How do I find the pick up point to meet my driver?Follow the image directions in the app, that appear when you book a ride. There may also be signs at the airport to the ride hailing pick up area.
- How do I contact my driver?Tap “Message” in the app and click “Chat” to message your driver. GrabChat has a translation feature for easy communication. Your chat history will be deleted upon completion of your ride.
- Can the driver see my number?No, your driver will only be able to see your name, profile photo, and booking details. If you need to communicate, you can do this through GrabChat in the app.
- Do I need car seats if I'm travelling with children?Local regulations in Singapore require all passengers below 1.35m to be restrained with age-appropriate safety devices when travelling in a private vehicle. GrabFamily rides offer compliant restraints for child passengers between 1-7 years of age and between 1-1.35m. If you’re riding with a baby younger than 12 months, please bring your own restraint device designed and approved for infants.
